Gigi Lamayne's “iGenesis” Album Dropping In October
Gigi Lamayne has announced that she will be dropping her debut album “iGenesis”
in October 2016. The exact date when the music project will be released was not
mentioned however.
The “Ice Cream”
rapper took to Instagram today (September 7) to share the news of the album
with her fans in a steamy photo captioned “Good morning folks. 💋 Re-Up!! #iGenesisAlbum out this October
!!”
The album fill
be a follow up to the rappers award winning “Colour Of Reign” mixtape released
in 2014.

who recently declared that she was single after being cheated on 3 times by her
boyfriend expressed her disappointment in the hip hop industry for expecting
women to maintain a certain image yet the male counterparts are accepted the
way they are in an interview with Hip Hop Galaxy.
"Woman are
bashed more. We have rappers around the world who have one eye. We have rappers
who look like they don't bath and they are male and we accept it. But when a
woman does that, oh my word, we have to all look like Nicki Minaj or
Beyoncé," she said.
The rapper
further said she has been ridiculed for having dark gums and feels Babes Wadumo
is her savior as much as she is not hip hop because is hailed rather than being
criticized for being herself.
