I’m Not Ready For International Collaborations” – Lil Kesh
Nigerian rapper
Lil Kesh has said that he is not feel ready for international collaborations because
he is still focusing on the local market according to an interview he had with
entertainment website tooXculsive.
“I don’t feel
like I need any of that right now, I’m still in the Nigerian market, I still
need to conquer the market here to a particular point before I take it out,” Kesh said.
The young
rapper who was previously signed under Olamide’s YBNL before formed his own
label Yagi Records said that he is not planning on signing any acts on his
imprint through auditions.
The “Kojo”
rapper also said in the interview that the biggest lesson he learnt from his former
label boss Olamide was to do everything with an open heart and stay true to
himself.
In the previous interview with tooXculsive, Lil Kesh said that he is currently pushing himself
out there as brand and is not planning on adding any other artist to his
imprint at the moment.
