Reminisce Announces Album Title “El-Hadj”, Artwork and Release Date

Nigerian rapper Remilekun Abdulkalid Safaru commonly known as Reminisce has taken to Twitter today (July 11) to announce his fourth studio album.

The album “El-Hadj” whose extact release date is not known will be realeased in August 2016.

This album will be following Reminisce’s critically acclaimed 2015 third studio album “Baba Hafusa” after releasing “Book of Rap Stories” in 2012 and “Alaga Ibile”.

“Baba Hafusa” debuted at no. 12 on the Billboard World Music Chart and topped the iTunes sales chart for 1 week after selling over 500,000 copies in Nigeria in 2 weeks.

In 2015, he won an award for The Best Rap Collaboration at The Headies with his single “Local Rappers” featuring Olamide and Phyno.

The “Asalamalekun” rapper is nominated at the City People Entertainment Awards 2016 in the Best Rap category alongside Ycee, Vector Olamide and Phyno.
